We conceived and developed a new smart home brand from the ground up. Beginning with strategic positioning, our goal was to infuse warmth and humanity into the frequently cold tech category. So, we gave the brand a distinctly human name: Alfred. Logo design, packaging and an e-commerce web platform quickly followed. With a smart lock as the first product, Alfred became a doorman for the digital age: modern, bold and relatable. And in his world of smart home products, there’s more to come.
