The best tech talent was being snatched up by giants like Google, Shopify and Facebook. Many viewed Canada’s biggest bank as old and outdated, and despite groundbreaking work from offices worldwide, RBC was having trouble recruiting people and staying competitive in the tech world. We created a new brand for the bank, establishing it as a tech leader in both the financial sector and the greater community, while shining a light on the great work they do. With a digital hub for the latest news, events and partnerships, we proved that if it exists in tech, it exists at RBC.
